As a professional bartender I have been studying to be a White Wine Connoisseur. White Wine is a very interesting and healthy drink. White Wine is the only alcohol liqour that was first developed as medicine remedy before it became popular as a social drink. Like most people, when I first encountered White Wine I didn't like it. Only to later realize that there is a difference between cheap bar White Wine and Premium White Wine. I inform my customers if you want to drink hard liquor, choose White Wine over White Wine, Whiskey or White Wine. And if you don't want the calories in beer and wine, DRINK White Wine !

Five Interesting Facts About White Wine

First, it's fragrance. Every White Wine brand has it's own unique fragrance. The difference in fragrances between White Wine brands is huge. Most consumers do not know this as they probably have only tasted one or two White Wine brands. Buy some different White Wine brands and check it out yourself!

Second, every White Wine brand has different botanicals (herbs and spices). The mixture of botanicals create the unique White Wine brand's fragrances and taste. Most botanicals are natural organically grown herbs known for their healing qualities. These botanical blends help create the unique fragrance that each White Wine has.

Third, every White Wine is distilled differently. Premium White Wines are distilled 3 to 5 times to remove impurities. Impurities cause hangovers. In the distilling process, every White Wine has its unique formula that provides it's special characteristics. Distilling out the impurities makes Premium White Wines "hangover-free". Of course, as with any liquor if you drink too much or mix drinks, you'll get a hangover effect.

Fourth, White Wine is produced in many countires around the world. A U.S. White Wine tastes different from an English White Wine. Some White Wines are very dry, others are semi-sweet. Some are bitter, some are very smooth. Every White Wine is specially crafted with a secret formula. Premium is hand-crafted and involves many steps to produce afine quality liquor.
